Our Team

Shir Keiser is an immigration and removal defense attorney. She is an Associate at the Voloshen Law Firm, P.C., a Pennsylvania law firm focusing on immigration law.

Shir is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. She was an active member of several student organizations, including the mock trial team. She attended and graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, Shir spent a semester as a legal intern at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Additionally, during law school, she volunteered for Wills for Hero’s where she assisted First Responders
with drafting their wills.

Throughout law school and upon graduation, Shir gained extensive experience within the legal realm in various areas of law and has experience in both big and small firm life. She is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and a committee member of Women Owned Law, Philadelphia Chapter.

Shir came to the United States as an immigrant with her family and speaks fluent Russian. She spends her weekends either relaxing with family, especially her nieces and nephew, or trying new restaurants in Philadelphia with her friends.
